Project: Sandstorm
3rd Person Puzzler | Unity
You are a scrapper looking for treasure in a Post-apocalyptic world, and the only tool you have is your grav-gun. You must travel through a destroyed factory, past a billowing sandstorm, and through a broken city to find a school almost untouched by the destruction. What riches will you find as you make your way through this wasteland?

- Created the Sandstorm area of the level, and all objectives therein
- Created the dynamic player inventory that adjusts to your position in the level
- Created connections between individual level designs to create one cohesive game area
What I Learned
This was my first time creating scripting for puzzles in a 3D environment, using terrain and foliage editing tools, and creating a player inventory system. Looking back at the project, I’ve also realized that while having a wind zone splitting the two sections of the map created a very interesting looking scene, mechanically the area felt more empty and less interesting from a gameplay perspective.
